As a Friend of The Cater Museum, you can play a vital role in keeping the Museum and its collection alive, making an important contribution towards preserving the rich heritage of our historic market town.
Through The Friends we will:
- Raise funds for The Cater Museum. These funds will be invested in conserving and enhancing the collection, improving our displays, maintaining the museum’s Grade II Listed building and garden, and organising public events
- Create a sense of involvement in the preservation of our heritage, developing better links between the museum and people who either live in the town or who have close connections with it, with particular emphasis on developing a “Learning and Outreach” programme
- Publicise the museum’s collection & range of work
- And for those that are interested, to build up our group of Volunteers who help to keep our museum running.
How do I join?
There are three Friends options: Individual, Family and Corporate. You can apply online, but if you would prefer to print out a form to fill in you can download it here
Individual – 1 year: £10.00; 3 years £25.00
